1. Order Processing & Shipping Fee

• Processing: 2–5 business days (up to 6 during peak seasons)
• Shipping Fee: Flat $6.99 per order
• Every order is carefully packed and reviewed before shipment

2. Estimated Delivery

Delays can occur during high-volume seasons or customs processing.

3. Tracking

• Tracking info is emailed after shipment
• May take 1–3 business days to update
• A delay in tracking does not mean your order is lost

4. International Orders & Customs

• Orders outside your country are Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU)
• Any import fees or taxes are the customer’s responsibility
• Joalwirnz™ is not liable for customs delays

5. Changes or Cancellations

• Requests must be emailed within 12 hours of purchase
• Orders already in processing cannot be modified or canceled

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

• Damaged items: Send a photo within 72 hours; replacement provided
• Lost in transit: Carrier-confirmed lost orders will be replaced free of charge
